Quest12 pt 1 - Please Help?

When I saw this quest I was like, "oh how interesting...but what to do oAo!?" Then a few days I was half asleep playing an online game and it hit me!

Kecleon is passing out flyers in Butterscotch City and has caught Minami by surprise. Of course with her kind heart there is no way she could refuse. She hatches an idea in hopes to help out the poor pokemon and thier director.
